The packaging of the product and product itself is the worst! The container starts to leak after a few days and the foam turns into liquid after a week! Never gonna buy this again!

I have been using Foligain for a year now. It promised to give my hair more body and shine. Well, it underpromised and has worked spectacularly for me! I have a hereditary alopecia -- all the women in my family have very fine, thin hair where you can see the scalp. I've worn wigs and head scarves for 20 years. I tried another minoxidil product 10 years ago and it did nothing for me. I gave Foligain three months, thought it wasn't working, and gave up for a few weeks, during which time I had a lot of shedding. I'd never noticed shedding like that before, so that was my clue that Foligain was doing something. Fast forward nine months from there and everyone in my life is wowed by how much more coverage I have, how my hairy has so much shine and bounce, and how I've gone from a dull dark brown tone with grey mixed in to having reddish highlights. When I started this journey, I was using keratin fibers to fill in my scalp and give me the confidence to go out in public, but now I'm comfortable leaving the house with just my natural hair. I think the difference is visible in these two photos, one taken last December and one taken this week. In the December photo, I have keratin fibers, mousse, and hair spray in my hair and I'm about two weeks from having it dyed. You can still clearly see my scalp. In the second photo, this is just my natural hair 11 hours after washing it and just living my life in my very humid climate. You cannot see any scalp at all, although, full disclosure, the hair is side parted and the part is wide enough that I do like to put keratin fibers along it if I'm dressing up for an event. I no longer have to use keratin fibers anywhere else.

Use since 2018! I'm not left without it.

Best minoxidil product I've found for women, very happy with product. This is the only one that does not irritate my sensitive scalp.

I had worn and thinned hair, but now it's grown back and it's beautiful. It takes consistency. The product works.

I have been using this for 4 years now on and off and its true when you stop your hair goes back to getting thinner. I don't see a massive improvement but then I have always had thin hair. Also I don't always remember to use it twice a day. However, there is always new growth coming through and it does not seem to be getting worse until I run out and stop using the Foligain.

I have been taking the more expensive growth serum for a long time and minoxidil is a lot cheaper and is just as good. Small hairs now grow back visibly and the compatibility is good.

It takes awhile to see the difference but then I certainly have a better covering of hair!! Worth using.

It is a product that requires a lot of consistency in use. For now I can't say that I solved my problem but it seems to me that it helped me a bit.

After having been on the pill for almost 5 years, I realised my hair was considerably thinner than before I started the pill. My hair at least halved in thickness/ density. I ruled out many factors and came to the conclusion it was due to the pill, potentially causing telogen effluvium. I came off the pill, 6 months later started minoxidil and I'm almost finishing my third bottle of minoxidil. I can confidently say that the hair on my scalp is more dense/ thicker than before. My scalp hair is now much thicker than the rest of my hair! I can see sections of new hair growth, where I used to have hair and haven't seen it in years! My hair is also returning to my old texture, it is not growing as limp as it used to be! I don't know what my hair would be like if I hadn't taken minoxidil, but I am noticing fast hair growth, faster than I've ever seen. And I also know that I will be purchasing the 6 month treatment! After that, maybe I won't need to use it anymore.
