The delivery was lost. I had to wait 1 month before the company would recognize as lost. I asked to have it reshipped. Reshipment took 5 days to reach. When you order, follow tracking info and cross your fingers. As for the product, great alternative to the big name brands

Cannot give 5 stars yet as I started 2-3 weeks ago and going through shedding phase. I do like the liquid version as it has better access to my scalp, and it does not stay oily forever, if I sleep and wake up the next day my hair texture is reasonably dry vs pure minoxidil products I have tried which stayed very oily. I have very very mild/tolerable irritation however as it contains alochol, vs pure did not. They were out of stock of the low alochol one unfortunately.

This is effective if used as directed. It takes a while to notice any difference, but continued use does prevent further hair loss, & possibly encourage more hair growth.
Unfortunately you are never going to have a full head of thick hair, but some, thin hair is better than none; which is important to you if you are using this product.

Great product, works very well! My only gripe is that it tends to be cheaper on other websites. Should be lowest price if you are ordering direct from distributor. Either way works great and is still more affordable than the competition

I avoid the itching induced by propylene glycol by washing my hair a little more often (2-3 times/week) and applying aloe vera dermogel emulsified with drops of oil tea tree oil when it appears and on a cleansed scalp.
