CLINICAL STUDY
A clinical study was conducted to evaluate the cosmetic performance of the FOLIGAIN® TRIOXIDIL® regimen for men and women experiencing visible thinning or early signs of hair loss. The regimen included TRIOXIDIL® Shampoo, Conditioner, and Topical Treatment.

METHODS & SUBJECTS
The study used three evaluation methods:

• Controlled brush friction count method
• Participant self evaluation
A total of 60 adults (30 men and 30 women), ages 18 to 75, took part. All participants reported visible thinning, reduced density, or brittle hair.
Study Duration: 120 days of continuous use.
Regimen Details:
Participants used the TRIOXIDIL® Shampoo and Conditioner three to five times per week and applied the TRIOXIDIL® Topical Treatment once daily following standard instructions.
The study assessed visible changes such as hair volume, density, shine, softness, scalp condition, breakage levels, and overall appearance of thinning areas.

CONCLUSIONS
Across the four month study period, clinical evaluators observed consistent improvements in multiple visible hair attributes. Shine, volume, thickness, softness, and overall scalp appearance all showed statistically significant gains at each monthly assessment.
Hair strength also improved over the full four months, and macro photographs of a fixed scalp area showed an increase in the number of visible hairs, supporting improved density and better looking coverage in areas affected by thinning or early stage hair loss.
Brush friction count data demonstrated a significant reduction in both broken hairs and intact hairs collected during brushing over the four month period, supporting less visible loss related to breakage.
Self perception questionnaires showed highly favorable responses at month four, with a majority of participants reporting improvements in the look of hair thickness, volume, scalp health, and reduced visible hair loss due to breakage.
These combined clinical and self reported findings indicate that the TRIOXIDIL® regimen provided strong cosmetic support for men and women concerned about thinning hair and early signs of hair loss.
